Personale molto gentile estruttura vicina al centro di san teodoro. Colazione di buona qualità e con una vasta varietà di dolce e salato servita all'esterno sotto una bellissima veranda fronte piscina.

La camera non era particolarmente confortevole, l'arredamento era molto datato.

It’s really disappointing that I have to write this review, as we had such a lovely time at the hotel itself. When I initially lost my passport, the hotel kindly issued us with a voucher as we were unsure if I’d be able to make the holiday. My partner stayed the full week, and I was able to join for the last four days. This meant there was still money left from the voucher, as only one person stayed for the full week and one for a shorter stay. At checkout, both the lady at reception and the manager confirmed that the amount left over was around £400 and assured us we would receive an updated voucher for this balance. However, when I chased this up afterwards, the hotel refused to issue the voucher and have effectively kept the £400. It’s such a shame, as our time at the hotel was enjoyable, but to be promised something and then have the hotel go back on their word feels dishonest and unfair. Unfortunately, this experience has left us feeling very let down.

The location of the hotel was very convenient -- close to the town center, plenty of restaurants, close to the highway and beaches. The breakfast was OK.

When we checked in, we were initially given a room that was very disappointing and did not match the photos online. For €325 per night, the standard was far below expectations — the decoration was poor, there were no curtains (we used a blanket instead), the bathroom amenities were limited to a couple of small soaps and tiny bottles of body wash, and the low ceiling made the space uncomfortable, especially for my partner who could not even stand up straight. We raised our concerns with the reception, and to their credit, the staff was kind and moved us to a different room the following day, which was an improvement. However, considering the high price, the overall experience did not feel worth the money. Unfortunately, we will not return to this hotel!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien. Petit déjeuner bon, assez de choix pour un 3 étoiles. Personnel qui a servi était aimable.

En revanche, nous avons dû attendre 15 à 20 minutes à la réception pour nous enregistrer.il n’y avait personne. Nous avons sonné, appelé par téléphone, mais personne n'a répondu. Plus tard, une employée est finalement arrivée en s'excusant, expliquant qu'elle était en pause repas. Côté chambre, nous avons été désagréablement surpris par une forte odeur de moisissure. De plus, les lampes murales (qui font office de lampes de chevet) étaient mal installées : posées sans soin, sans finition, et tordues, ce qui donnait un aspect très négligé et inachevé à la décoration.

Location is Next to a Noise Road

It’s a nice small hotel not so faraway from the city an 30 min walking distance to the beach. The rooms are basic but clean. The staff is absolutely friendly and the restaurant offers delicious meals.

It’s smart to consider not to travel to San Teodoro in August, because in this time of year it’s very busy , schools holidays. The hotel is quite expensive for this what they offer.
