Colazione buona e varia, il posto molto bello. Quando ho segnalato che la temperatura della sauna era eccessiva, subito hanno provveduto a controllare risolvendo il problema.

La nostra camera era situata nella dependance, che purtroppo è risultata un po’ vecchiotta e lasciata un po’ a sé stessa rispetto alla struttura principale. Nel bagno mancavano shampoo e docciaschiuma, erano presenti solo sapone viso e mani e il conditioner.

"Oasi di pace immersa nel verde"

Immersa nel verde, posizione tranquilla e rilassante, spazi ampi e ben arredati anche nel dettaglio. Ottima la manutenzione di facciata e sale interne, camere un po’ datate ma dignitose, letto rumoroso ma molto comodo. Pulizia eccellente

La mancanza di cura dei dettagli ci ha lasciati un po’ spiazzati: nella zona spa e termale mancano cartelli informativi su vasche e piscine, sauna e bagnoturco… spiacevoli sono stati gli attacchi dei tafani nelle vasche con acqua sulfurea, sicuramente non è colpa della struttura ma ancora porto i segni delle punture. Il bagno in camera era molto datato, specie la doccia, ma ben pulito e funzionale. La sala colazione ci è sembrata anch’essa un po’ “abbandonata”, non all’altezza di quello che ci si aspetta da una struttura simile. Insomma, con un dose di cura maggiore sarebbe davvero al top

Ambiente rilassante, silenzio, varietà di piscine

Dopo aver prenotato la depandance mi cambiano stanza nella struttura, con bagno piccolo e scomodo , vecchio e purtroppo non pulito. Alla mia richiesta cambio stanza, il personale é stato molto gentile e ha accolto la mia richiesta. Le piscine piene di tafani nonostante le trappole . Il bar ha prezzi eccessivi per il servizio. 6 euro una lattina di coca cola, più coperto più servizio al tavolo. Purtroppo con il caos non erano organizzati
