Riocopa Hostel

Los primeros días la habitación no tenia aire ni ventilador, tuvimos muchísimo calor, una noche tuve que dormir en la sala de estar que tenia un ventilador, después solucionaron el tema. Otro inconveniente fue la limpieza de los baños, muchas veces nos resultaba imposible ocuparlos. En cuanto a la sala de recepción no se podia estar del calor, no cuenta ni con ventilador. Las positivas fueron el desayuno, bastante completo, la atencion del personal, muy amables! y la ubicacion me gusto mucho! en el centro de copacabana, al lado de un hospital y un supermercado en la esquina. Ah y me olvidaba de los platos que ofrecian por la noche como opcion, eran economicos y abundantes, el cocinero argentino un genio (no recuerdo el nombre).

Foi ótimo. Me senti muito bem recebido na primeira ida ao Rio.

Well, for the low Copacabana price ... after going to 3 other hostels, I came back ... the BEST sleep I had all year, even at home (it is now end of year) ... the cleaning staff is always around working and smiling ... open air entrance/lounge/breakfast and bar area. The breezy, sunny bedroom, is total comfort compared to other low prices hostels in the area. very secure road, with giant, beautiful mountain hospital at near end of road. Hostel is right under majestic rio mountain. direct walk to the world famous copacabana beach. Laid back, but responspible hostel good for families, couples, and friends, and anyone, from anywhere. It IS low priced, and does have thus, with the conditions of furniture, except ... the mattresses, everyone is so happy with their beds ... sometimes it seems people are spending more time in bed, than going out. But so, you get all your money back from the quality of the experience.

Não gostamos por ser muito barulhento som alto até muito tarde não tem conforto não ter privacidade de banheiro no quarto os que existiam velhos e sujos hotel pra jovens e adolescentes que só querem curtir e não pra quem quer passear com família e descansar. Não recomendado a ninguém é não voltaria. Desculpe a sinceridade mais pura verdade. O hotel não oferece nem água aos hóspedes muito caro para não oferecer nada além de um simples café da manhã. A cidade é realmente linda tirando hotel demais foi excelente meu filho odiou o wifi não é bom e tv só na recepção fiz reserva pelo telefone hotéis.com e nada que o atendente falou era arrependia por não ter consultado na Internet as acomodações se é que podemos considerar assim.

WiFi did not work at all, was too far from beach, toilets/showers were never available in the evenings and they were always soaked and unclean. Noisy everywhere. Staff were great and friendly. Nice friendly atmosphere with nightly dinners.

LA EXPERIENCIA FUE MARAVILLOSA!!! MEJOR DE LO IMAGINADO. ESTOY PENSANDO EN VOLVER PARA EL PROXIMO CARNAVAL 2017.

Tentaram dar o golpe do cofre. Esqueci um objeto e criaram contratempos quase intransponíveis para retirada. Não recomendo a ninguém.

Pros: friendly, helpful, patient staff; good breakfast; good dinners; good bar; good location; direct shuttle pick-up for tours / adventures; guests were mostly respectful towards one another. Cons: no running water for 20-30% of our stay (however, there was a hostel about a block away that allowed us to use their facilities in the meantime); the heat in the upper suites was at times unbearable; pricey during Carnaval.

If you get to stay in this Hostel you will save a ton of money. The fact you must overcome is the shared feel of the apartment. The best move is to get the private room. Make sure to bring comfortable shoes so you can walk and save cab fair. The free interent is a mega-plus. I would stay here again to have a fabulous trip to Rio. Bear in mind you may not be able to bring guest back to your room so be sure to ask that question BEFORE you book..
