Bardzo dobre śniadanie

Przy zamówieniu przez aplikację nie ma informacji jak w moim przypadku że w hotelu brak windy a pokój jest na trzecim piętrze. Jesteśmy w wieku 75 + i ciężko nam po schodach nosić walizki tak wysoko. Pani z recepcji nie dała wyboru tylko ten pokój albo mamy się wynosić. Nikomu nie przyszło do głowy aby siedzący personel pomógł wnieść bagaż. Pokój był dwupoziomowy na górze sypialnia przedzielona od wyjścia 30 centymetrową belką na podłodze a łazienka piętro niżej. Poprostu niebezpiecznie, nie mówiąc o skorzystaniu z łazienki w nocy trochę niepoważne. Szkoda że poza wynajmującymi nikt kompetentny nie czyta opinii aby zapobiec takim sytuacjom. Nigdy nie otrzymaliśmy wyjaśnienia od Booking.com bo nikt tych opinii nie czyta.

想不到外表平平的洞穴酒店却内有乾坤，房间是洞穴类的，有各种拱形，卫生间很大，窗边的墙体足有80厘米厚，难怪外面挺热了，房间里却异常舒适，位置就在中心广场，走哪里都方便，

Schönes, komfortables Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Schönes ruhiges Zimmer. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Shuttle Service zum Parkplatz. Auch im Hotelrestaurant haben wir sehr gut gegessen.
