Atrion Hotel

We stayed in standard double room this time. The room was clean, enough space for 3 people. However the bathroom was smaller, and for a bigger person could be a right pain to take a shower. In general we love this hotel, and the staff goes above and beyond Elena what an amazing lady she is! We had couple issues but reception would solve the issue asap.! Location is close to beautiful beach. Big thank you! Hope to return again! 💚🏖️

I have noticed that other hotel guests would book a sun-bed next to pool with a towel. I understand that this is unfortunately not the hotel it’s the guests who thinks it’s ok to do it. So we never got the chance to use the pool. However I hope this will be noticed and the hotel will do something about this.

We stayed for 10 days with half board. Breakfast was good but it did not vary much between days. Dinner was also good and for the whole stay we never repeated the same meal combinations, but you always had salads, meat/fish, dessert stations. Highly recommend trying the cheeses and tzatziki. The best thing at Atrion is the staff! Elena, Dimitris and Susan took care of us during our stay and were super attentive and efficient. We also loved Cretan night, with lots of nice food and brilliant entertainment (dancers and musicians). The location is perfect for the beaches and other restaurants/shops and even to get buses/excursion transfers, with stops just a few meters from reception.

This is nitpicking, because we really loved our stay. The pool itself was not designed for relaxing, it was more designed for actually swimming. Although it is enormous, most of it was deeper than 1.2 meters, so it wasn't super comfortable to just hang out there. Also, the food at breakfast and dinner could be better labelled. If you have allergies/intolerances you wouldn't know immediately what you could eat. We had booked our stay online in October 2023 to visit in July 2024, in the meantime the tourist taxes went up and we had to pay the difference at check out, despite being told at check in that we had already paid for the stay and tourist taxes.

Can't fault it. Had a lovely stay. Lots of choice for breakfast. The staff are really friendly. One that stuck out in particular was Elena at the pool and bar. She works very hard and is on top of everything. Great stay. Would go back.

Excellent location, beautiful pool area, great breakfast, very clean area and reception staff were so welcoming and incredibly helpful.

Struttura bella e ben organizzata. L'area piscina, col relativo bar, è ben tenuta e ben gestita. La camera confortevole e grande con annessa piccola cucina. Colazione e cena a buffet di ottima qualità

It was spotlessly clean provided everything you needed air con safe and coffee in room was lovely. Comfortable beds Good wifi all over the hotel. Katerina and Eleni on reception were very friendly helpful and kind. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

There was nothing I didn't like except I would have liked the breakfast to be hotter but that's my preference not a complaint.
