"Nice Hotel"

The Hotel is nice and clean, only downside there isn’t any coffee or tea area where you can get something after breakfast time. Location is good as it’s not too far from Prague. Definitely recommend it

Leider war unser zimmer nicht mehr frei, haben daher ein kleineres bekommen. (da haette ich schon gerne einen gutschein bekommen))) immerhin 20 euro dafuer mehr bezahlt) Vor mir war eine bus gruppe aus rumaenien dran. 50 leute! das ist heavy auch fuer die eine rezeptionistin) Sonst war alles OK!! Das fruehstueck ist nicht so schlecht... wenn du um 7 kommst es wird nicht mehr nachgeladen (habe bis 9 gewartet) der chinese um 9 hatte den letzten teller und ein stueck kaese) das war lustig))) Ich kann es aber empfehlen! Rostoky ist Villa gegend von Prag! Richtig schoen und das Hotel relativ neu. Ich komme also gerne wieder.

"OK, ale nereagují na můj požadavek"

Jedniný problém je ten, že se nemohu domoct úpravy dat ve faktuře. Již několikrát jsem zasílal email, ale bez reakce. Na recepci hotelu mě odkazují na hotels.com, ale nic. Pomůžete mi?
