Everything is clean and comfortable. The location is central and well served. The rooms on the courtyard are quiet. The staff are generally pleasant and helpful.

I had reserved a double room well in advance, but when I arrived, they had assigned me to a single room and although they admitted the error was theirs, by then it was difficult to switch. After the first night they did manage to correct the problem but it should never have happened.
