Que lugar incrivel. Limpo, espaçoso, confortável, equipe sensacional. A gente se sente acolhido, como se estivesse em casa. Lindo nascer do sol para apartamentos com vista. Ótima localização.

SCHLECHTESTES HOTEL EVER! Wir waren vom 20. bis 23.07.2022 dort. Das war der schlimmste Aufenthalt den wir je erlebt haben! Unser Hotel Zimmer mit Jacuzzi war so dreckig, dass wir uns nicht mal getraut haben, dort zu duschen! Die Möbel waren voll mit Flecken, Schimmel und Spinnennetz (Fotos weniger schlimm als Realität). Hinzu kommt noch, dass wir fremde Haare im Bett und Tücher fanden, die Bettdecke war verschmutzt und auf dem Bettlaken waren sogar BLUTFLECKEN zu finden!! Von dem Jacuzzi, wofür wir extra bezahlt haben, will ich schon gar nicht anfangen. Reine Geldverschwendung!! DAS SCHLIMMSTE war aber das Verhalten des Hotelpersonals!! Die Rezpetionistin war sofort sehr unfreundlich, überhaupt nicht entgegenkommend und gab uns nur Ausreden. Als wir daraufhin für mind. nach neuen Bettlaken fragten, kam Sie mit verzogener Miene zurück und schnautzte uns an, ihr beim Auswechseln zu helfen oder draussen zu warten. Wir fühlten uns sehr unwohl und nicht respektiert. Wir entschieden uns das Hotel zu wechseln und eine Rückerstattung, für die nicht erfüllte Kriterien des Zimmers, zu verlangen. Der Manager hat uns aber extra mehrmals ignoriert und nur dem Personal mitgeteilt, dass das Geld nicht zurückerstattet wird. Dazu wollten Sie sogar, dass wir vor 11 Uhr auschecken, damit sie das Zimmer weitervergeben können und das OHNE uns das Geld zurückzugeben! Wir verbrachten einen ganzen Tag damit, ein neues Hotel im Hochsaison zu finden und mussten dann auf eigene Kosten wechseln.

The room I had booked wasn’t the room given to me when I arrived. The staff were not as friendly and the facilities had ants crawling around. The spa bath was dirty, the bathroom door was broken, it was hard to open and close. The breakfast option was not extensive. We had to wait until the afternoon to get fresh towels to shower with everyday which does not make sense. On one occasion we had to ask for fresh towels and was told we would get it later. The only good thing about this place is the location.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is very convenient. The room was dirty and smells like pee with sewer. The toilet had mold inside and every time that we showered the foam appeared in the toilet area through the drain. You have to pay them in cash for the tours.

Une nuit à Fira,hôtel superbe a première vue,chambres'suites spacieuses a l entrée un fauteuil qui fait lit,les lattes sont cassées,dans la chambre,grand lit double,beaucoup de saleté dessous, baignoire plus blanche avec des traces de passage récent,évacuation de la baignoire qui au lieu d évacuer normalement,rempli les sols de la salle de bain ,WC le fond laisse à désirer.aucune bouteille d eau a disposition pour un quatre étoiles ,d autres avec moins offrent au moins de quoi s hydrater,c est qu il faut marcher pour y arriver avec la chaleur! Petit déjeuné,faut avoir faim,donc pain et confiture,pour le café on a été plus loin.personnel pas très accueillant ,ne pas espérer de les voir sourire.et c est bien dommage,certaine défauts peuvent ne pas être remarqués juste par l attitude des gens.

Die Lage ist für den Preis gut. Man braucht nur 10 Minuten in die Stadt. Das Frühstück war leider recht wenig, es gab kaum bis keine Auswahl. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Das Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können, aber es war okay. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Whirlpool gebucht. Leider ist dieser trotzdem für jeden erreichbar, da er nicht abgedeckt o.ä. ist. Deswegen waren nachts leider fremde Menschen im Whirpool. Auf Rückmeldung bei der Rezeption wurde er sporadisch gesäubert.

Clean small place very clean pool the people that work there are very kind the location is good it’s not a far walk to the center i highly recommend.

Staff is super friendly, the hotel had a really nice view. It is overall a beautiful hotel. Will definitely recommend! Walking distance from the city.

Very bad experience.. First the older woman at the front desk is a looney tone. She never knows anything what's going on except for when she's trying to sell you the private tour but wait she only likes cash no cards.. Wifi in the rooms are horrible horrible you have to sit by the pool. Some how our rooms were booked pay later, the Mgr tried to tell us our cards were declined. But we went and used our cards other places. The rooms had mosquitoes and Nats. No microwave on site. Only good thing the housekeeper did a good job cleaning.
