The staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful wherever they could. The buffet and other restaurants provided nice meal choices and good service. My only issue with this hotel is that there is no mosquito netting on the windows seeing that there is no A/C, the netting would help reduce the mosquito bights.
Great family spot with lots of fun activities!! Our apartment was perfect for us and well-quipped with very comfy beds, gorgeous view and great veranda. Not super fancy but clean, simple and aesthetically pleasing. We were only here one night but would definitely come again!
The area was great, the appartement we stayed in was clean and had a good standard with only little things like a chopping board missing in the kitchen. The only thing that really bothered me that the in room safe is listed in facilties and we were then told we have to pay for it to use it!

The property was very clean except for our shower it kept on leaking which then made the bathroom stink of sewer. Staff was very nice and helpful. Not enough evening entertainment. This property is really for families with kids under 12 and older generation over 60.
Booked two apartments but both needed updating. Apartment next to main resort was noisy from very early morning being nearest to main Resort kitchen and service road, the beds were too firm so slept badly. We repeatedly requested a move but nothing said to be available although many apartments empty. Service in the Garden Village restaurant was awful with no management evident: first night we were refused a meal by elderly waiter until we pointed out kitchen was meant to be open. Another occasion he drove us and another customer away by repeatedly dragging tables and chairs around. Another time he swept floor around us as we ate and drank and once we never got served although several waiting staff chatting at bar.We boycotted the restaurant after that. Positives: Budget price and use of better main resort facilities where service was better and friendly. The location, 30 minutes from airport and near Tirant beach was good but nearest beach covered with seaweed.Layout of gardens and pools, buildings is attractive. We would be unlikely to return.
