Les repas, la piscine, l'accueil du personnel très bien. C'est un endroit au calme très reposant, loin du bruit du centre de Marrakech.

Les salles de bain datent un peu et pourraient être rafraîchies.

The riad is totally beautiful, and you can really feel the care and attention put into every detail. The gardens and trees are lovingly maintained, creating a peaceful and magical atmosphere. The pool is a dream, and the rooms are amazing. The staff were always smiling, kind and attentive. The woman who welcomed us at reception was very warm and helpful, and Nacer was so helpful and friendly. After leaving, I had a issue due to my own mistake, and he helped me with great patience and kindness. He also made sure our taxi was waiting at 4 a.m. and even accompanied us to the taxi with our luggage. Thank you, Nacer, for your help 🙏 The breakfasts were delicious and varied, the little dogs are adorable, and the restaurant offers a great menu combining excellent Moroccan and European dishes. We would also like to mention Yousef, a very professional and kind waiter. My 13-year-old daughter and I spent five dreamy nights here and would definitely return. Thank you for everything! 😊✨

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und nett … Das Frühstück war besonders gut man ist allen Wünschen entgegengekommen ! Youseff hat einen tollen Job geleistet , vielen Dank.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war durchweg sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist sehr gut, besonders gefallen haben uns die angenehme Atmosphäre und das leckere, vielfältige Frühstück.

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist die etwas entfernte Lage vom Stadtzentrum, was für uns jedoch kein großes Problem darstellte. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Parfait

Jardin magnifique et bien entretenu, présence d'animaux, personnel au petit soin, particulièrement Jalil qui est très professionnel et au petit soins de ses clients. Petit déjeuner Marocain parfait. Le calme de l'endroit est particulièrement appréciable.

Le manque d'un règlement intérieure, comme par exemple faire respecter le calme de l'endroit en interdisant la présence d'enceintes connectées diffusant de la musique autour de la piscine, ou les cris d'enfants rois du matin au soir en faisant des bombes dans l'eau. L'entretien de la piscine n'est pas suffisamment rigoureux.
