Staff was very welcoming. Taxi could stop at the hotel entrance. Nice terrace but no pool in the terrace.

Its a max of 2 or 3 star hotel which need total renovation. Paid 300 Euro/day for a room with no TV,no refrigirator and no coffee facilities. Too many stairs to reach the room. The room had no sunny window-just a small window to the inside court. Smelled in mould. Breakfast was an extra of 20 Euro/person per day. City tax was an extra 3.5 Euro/person per day.

Genuine, warm welcome in a beautiful riad conveniently located near many of the interesting sights in the city. Behind the discreet door is an oasis of cool water and orange trees, extremely comfortable beds (great pillows!) and cozy, individually decorated rooms. My room was dark and cool and I had one of the best night's sleep in years Breakfast and dinner on the rooftop were excellent, and served with professionalism and warmth The owner and concierge are both lovely, with lots of recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and so on

Beautiful place. Exactly as on the pictures or even nicer.

The authenticity of the place. The stuff takes pride of taking care of guests and treats this place as its home. Every single member of the crew of dar el Cigognes is very kind and helpful in every way they can.

The hostess treated my wife and I like her son and daughter, she and the entire staff were extremely welcoming and looked after us so well. The location and set up was just perfect, and the open rooftop at night was just wonderful.
