Aspa Villas

I'll start with saying we booked the room with a sea view and stayed in room 5 and had a breath taking view from our patio of the caldera, sunset and even the other side of the island. The room was very large and cleaned daily with fresh towels and the fridge was stocked with food items and a welcome gift of wine. The staff here are amazing and so nice and helpful. Upon arrival they helped us to our room and provided us with a local bus schedule for the island and a map of things to do. The hotel is in a great location and the patio right along the caldera view cliff you can use for evening sunsets is amazing. It's close enough to the heart of Oia to walk the everything but far enough away from the center that you aren't absolutely surrounded by noise and a ton of people. Car and atv rental place right across the street was great and many great restaurants all around you. If you're looking to stay in Oia and not spend a fortune but get some of the best service around this hotel is for you.

Such a beautiful little place, the rooms are small but very nice and it’s very quiet in the suites. Just around the corner we had access to their caves sitting area which had amazing views of the sunset. Nikoleta was really friendly and a joy to chat with. If we come back to Santorini we’d stay here again.

Staff was friendly and very responsive to all questions and needs. The villa was nice and had a nice private balcony overlooking the blue domes!

I highly recommend this property everyone specially Nikoleta was super nice and helpful for all. Beautiful view around it and super relaxing too. I enjoy my time at Aspas at 💯. I definitely will book an other trip and stay there for sure!!

Great location, only a short 5-10 minute walk into Oia along the beautiful side trail. Room was clean, had all the necessary amenities, bed and pillows were soft and comfortable, and communication with staff was impeccable - Nikoleta was amazing! Highly recommend.

We loved everything about this place. We had a great time! We will refer it to our friends if they want go to Santorini!

We stayed in villa #6 and it was AMAZING. Very convinient location just outside the walking street which makes it very quiet and peaceful. At the same time you are in the scenic town center after a 5 minute walk. Everyone of the staff was helpful and accommodating with information and fun little chats. Even if the furnishing of the room is a bit dated, it is fully functional and equipped with everything for your stay. On the second floor you have a huge terrace facing several directions - including the most beautiful view of the sunset over the entire town of Oia. Not to mention the jacuzzi which is also up there. Being quite higher than the other buildings also gives you privacy while on the terrace. There is also the most wonderful surprise when you enter, which makes everything better *hint hint* check the fridge *hint hint* Highly recommended. Will stay here for sure if i will return to stay in Oia!

What a fantastic property and staff! The location is ideal for shopping, sightseeing, and enjoying all the benefits of Oia. Easy access to supermarket (a few steps across the street), vehicle rentals, local transportation, and stunning sunsets. The staff is amazingly helpful and responsive, the accommodations are to die-for (private jacuzzi, pool, etc.), and Nicoletta is so reachable and accommodating. The welcome bottle of wine, full refrigerator of food, and convenient beautiful spots to relax and unwind all make for a very lovely stay. You won't regret booking here. Close enough to everything, but still apart from all the noise and bustle.

The owners were amazing! Very friendly and helpful! Nikoleta and her husband do a great job. We had an issue with the AC and they quickly addressed the problem and fixed it. Very informative when we arrived. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a rental location as well. Also, a small market right by there as well. Nice private hot tub and pool. Great view ans huge balcony area.

My studio was in the right place to see the sunset , volcano. Caldera , some blue domes! Everything like restaurants and shopping area is within walking distance like 5-15 mins. I enjoy the outdoor pool and jacuzzi., I would definitely stay here again because of the staff kindness and convenience to everything! Nikoleta was always ready to answer any questions I had. She made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.. I have no regrets staying at this Villa ..
