Location up on the edge of town with great views. Beautiful spa suite- lovely after a day’s hiking. Great breakfast. Fabulous afternoon tea. We bought dinner one evening and it started with a really fun and lovely Tyrolean aperitif and starters in the downstairs bar. The food was also tasty and good value.

The bed was quite hard. Some of the staff seemed a little harried and our main course took a long time to arrive.

Summer 26. A truly fantastic hotel. The service from every single team member... at reception, breakfast, the bar, the spa, and dinner was absolutely excellent. The food at dinner was as good as any top-tier restaurant, and the complimentary cake after a day in the mountains was a lovely touch. The pool area is a great size and very clean, and the adults-only spa area is a perfectly relaxing environment.

Het avondeten was verfijnd en lekker, helaas ook wat prijzig.

Bij het inchecken werden onze paspoorten vergeten terug te geven waardoor we enkele dagen later hiervoor opnieuw langs moesten rijden om ze op te halen. Geen excuses gekregen en precies ook vanzelfsprekend dat wij de moeite deden ipv het hotel.

Der Wellnessbereich ist groß und komfortabel. Der Barkeeper ist mit Abstand der beste und freundlichste Mitarbeiter. Ein großes Lob. Wir haben zweimal im Hotel gespeist. Die Qualität des Essens ist top, allerdings fiel an einem Abend die Portion recht klein aus - als Rennradfahrer:innen suboptimal. Dafür gab es beim zweiten Mal dreimal soviel Gänge 😅. Das Zimmer war im Nebengebäude und ziemlich retro. Dafür mit feinem Zirbenduft.

Das Frühstück war ok, das Personal zu dieser Zeit noch nicht ganz wach. Ein Nachfüllen des Buffets kam öfters zu kurz. Wir haben eine Nacht direkt beim Hotel dazu gebucht, der Vorgang war über Booking nicht mehr möglich und sind spät angereist. Wir mussten für diese Nacht die Halbpension zahlen und haben im Vorfeld gefragt, ob wir zumindest noch einen Snack bekommen können, das war nicht möglich und wurde verneint. Ich hätte mir bei einem Hotel mit diesem Ruf eine andere Antwort erwartet.

Bcp trop cher pour ce que c’est à mon avis. Ma chambre donnait sur les toitures ce qui rend le séjour moins formidable

Sehr sauberes und komfortables Hotel mit echtem Luxusflair. Extrem freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal und sehr leckeres, reichliches Essen. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Staying here was a truly exceptional experience. The room was pristine and spacious, with bathrobes provided for use at the pool and various spas/saunas. What made this hotel stand out was its fantastic food. Breakfast is included, but the icing on the cake is dinner (5 courses of fantastic and creative food for €40 per person). Don’t miss out on dining here! The staff are multilingual, friendly and professional. Overall a 5 star experience.
