"Amazing, if go to Bergamo next time , will come back"

10.0

We liked everything. Beginning with the way from bus nr1 stop to Casa. The owner was waiting for us and check in was immediate. 4 key system was lovely. Our room was on the ground floor, so the view was to the patio only, but we knew that, as at the moment of booking it was the only room. The room was perfect, with small well equipped kitchen and all dishes You may need. There were a lot of info booklets , beautiful books about Bergamo and just for reading ( but You don´t have time to read books). The terrace/ garden for guests only was amazing , one day we had a picnic siesta with the view to the dome there. We liked the old stone walls of the room, like You are in a wine cellar :) , and You can here all the bells ringing, perfect medival experience. But at night it is very quiet .The room was even better, than in the picture and the location is just behind Duomo. The host was very helpful.

That we had only 3 night to stay, it could be more

"Perfect location, amazing hosts, unbelievable experience in Bergamo. Can’t wait to return!"

10.0

What a wonderful stay! Exceptional hosts. Seriously one of the best hosts we have ever had in all of our stays in Europe. They went above and beyond to help us and made us feel like we were family. Bergamo is a precious gem, especially Citta Alta! The churches were gorgeous, the food was delicious and the people were so kind. We couldn’t have had a better first experience in this sweet town. Our room was lovely, the beds were extremely comfortable and we were greeted every morning by the church bells outside of our window. The garden was charming. Perfectly located to everything we wanted to see and quiet at night. We would 100% come back and stay at Mario Lupo. Grazie Mille!!

1 Schere.
