Chambre propre , restaurant excellent, personnel agréable

Les clients qui louent une chambre n ont pas accès a la superbe terrasse qui a une vue magnifique puisque c est réservée a ceux qui loue pour des réceptions ou des mariages , j avais loué justement pour cette vue et je n ai pas pu en profiter donc très décevant. J' aurais du passez directement par leur site au lieu de prendre l applications booking car ils étaient en rénovation ( ce qui n avais pas été mentionné sur l appli et offrait des rabais , chose qui n etais pas mentionné non-plus en passant par l applications,

The rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff were kind and courteous. Many services offer on site from massages to spa. The pool, hot tub and sauna were nice. The breakfast was splendid! They offer buffet when they meet their guest quota, but the Monday we were there, it was quiet so they offered À la carte for the same flat fee. The waitress was welcoming and efficient. We were sat next to the window. Everyone was happy with their plate. Trails, garden and belvédère on the property were well maintained and good for a morning walk.

A little surprise from the previous tenant while making coffee in the morning, but the staff handled the situation well and offered some muffins to make up for it. It was hard to find the ice machine on the 3rd floor in the corner in back. Perhaps some signage or even a note with directions would help. Many large potholes on the road up to the property.

La chambre rénovée était très bien et confortable. Le restaurant sur place est aussi très bon.

Le restaurant est à aire ouverte et il y avait un groupe extrêmement bruyant assez tard qu’on entendait dans la chambre. Notre porte était très mal isolée et il y avait un jour d’un pouce en dessous. On entendait tout ce qui se passait dans le corridor. Le matin, une femme de ménage a passé l’aspirateur vers 8h30 devant la porte, un très mauvais réveil.

Le lit qui craquait. Le lit mou. L air clim vraiment la plus bruyant de mes 40 derniers voyages. La porte qui grincait

Le repas était sublime!

Situation exceptionnelle, hôtel très confortable et accueil très souriant. Le restaurant et le bar sont parfaits et notre expérience globale a été très positive.

Malheureusement il y a peu de bornes de recharge pour les voitures elle sont mal indiquées et pas toute fonctionnelles.
