La struttura e gli interni sono un po' vecchiotti. Nel complesso nella camera c'è tutto, anche un paio di campioncini da bagno, che però una volta usati non vengono rimessi. Il phon si può chiedere in portineria e c'è una macchinetta per snack e bevande per le scale. Non c'è ascensore. Il personale è all'apparenza gentile ma un po' scostante. Hanno scalato i soldi della prima notte dalla carta di credito il giorno dell'arrivo e ci hanno fatto trovare la ricevuta già pronta. Alla richiesta di fattura però è stata un'impresa. Il proprietario c'è solo la mattina, la persona che c'è la sera dice che non sa niente, non si passano tra loro le informazioni e ci hanno detto che avrebbero dovuto chiedere al commercialista se potevano fare fattura (?) e che avremmo dovuto chiederla all'atto della prenotazione, all'arrivo pare sia troppo tardi. La cameriera alle 09:00 entra in stanza per pulire, che ci sia dentro qualcuno oppure no e cominciano a chiedere di lasciare la stanza un'ora prima del check out.

accogliena perfetta con staff gentilissimo. posizione albergo perfetta. camera piccolina ma confortevole. tv e bagno in camera. uniche note negative: bagno un po vecchio con porte doccia non perfettamente funzionanti; non c'era il phon.

L'albergo gode di un'ottima posizione perché è situazione proprio a due passi dalla torre pendente e da piazza dei miracoli. È molto vicina anche alla stazione centrale da dove sono facilmente raggiungibili Firenze e Viareggio

Hotel essenziale ma dotato di tutto il necessario. Posizione perfetta per visitare Pisa, pochi minuti a piedi dai monumenti principali e dalla zona centrale della città

Prima notte provato prurito una volta messi a letto, ascigamani e lenzuola non pulite al meglio

The hotel was charming. It had a different layout than anywhere we had ever stayed. The a/c had to work hard to keep the room as cool as i really like, but it worked! It was within walking distance of everything! I would stay here again if I can ever get back to Italy!

Nous devrions être avisés lorsqu'il s'agit d'hébergements "sans réception", donc où il faut accomplir la procédure d'arrivée,... Ici, il fut avoir un code barre pour entrer dans les lieux et dans la chambre. Ceci paraît simple, mais ce n'est pas évident et j'ai dû aider un autre chambreur à son arrivée. Le code barre nous est transmis sur notre téléphone portable, ce qui nous oblige donc à s'assurer qu'il soit chargé pour pour pouvoir entrer.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. I use to travel a lot with my father and we bought this hotel as it was cheep. The positives are: - good value money - close to Pisa tourist attractions ( the Tower of Pisa is just behind the hotel: 5 minutes walk) - close to the train station (easy to pick up a train and visit Firente too, a nice town: I recommend to go there for one day) - the rooms were cleaned every day Negatives: - no breakfast available - no shops around (20 minutes walk to get to fast foods and other shops) - Wi-Fi available ONLY at the reception (not in rooms) - the receptionist sends you to your room at 11/12 o'clock (I had to chat with a friend from another country and I stayed in the designated area for visitors at a table, but even if I was quiet, I was not allowed to stay anymore) - NO ENGLISH (the staff speak only Italian)
