Riad Flam

We had a great stay in this riad. It felt authentic, with beautiful paintings and friendly staff always happy to help! The massage and hammam was excellent and great value for us as a couple! One of the great perks is the location, its super central next to Bahia palace, but in a quiet street where the noise of the busy city doesn't reach the place. Only birds chiming and quiet music, which is exactly what you want from a hotel in Marrakech!

Wij hebben geweldig genoten van ons verblijf in deze prachtige riad. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen dagelijks een lekker ontbijt en op verzoek vroeger op de dag van vertrek. Goeie airco op de kamer, ruime badkamer, warm water, ruime kleerkast, frigo. Goede bedden en kussens. Heerlijke verkoeling in het zwembadje. Rustige en zonnige dakterras met ligzetels , parasols en een jacuzzi. Kortom alles was tiptop , wij komen graag terug.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Mooie authentieke kamer. Leuke binnenplaats en comfy dakterras.

Beautiful pateo, spotless clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed in two different rooms. The first had no real window in the room itself but had a small living space with a window - not what we asked for and not very pleasant. The second night they moved us and gave us an upgrade, and the room was much nicer. Good that it had a small fridge in the room.

Breakfast was ok, but could be more varied and better quality (juice for instance). There were things mentioned in the room description that make it sound very luxurious but don’t exist, like bathrobes and slippers. Don’t understand why Bookings advertises 50% discounts for any date in the calendar. It makes it seem like clients are getting a great deal in perhaps a higher end property, but in fact what you pay corresponds to the level of the property.

Beautiful riad. Whilst it's close to everything in bustling, amazing Marrakech it's a haven of traquility inside! Lovely room. Pretty roof garden. Great food. Helpful, friendly staff. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Really close the the souks and medina mall was just a 5 minute walk away which was a great stopping point for food and cold drinks when the heat got too overwhelming!

Loved the whole experience, beautiful peaceful riad with incredible hosting!
