My friend and I had an excellent stay at Riad flam & Spa and genuinely couldn’t fault it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything needed. The level of service across all of the staff really stood out and made the whole experience feel effortless and relaxing. The cleanliness was exceptional-everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and very well maintained. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in keeping the hotel to a high standard. The room itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to unwind after a long day exploring Marrakech. Every detail felt considered, which really added to the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that combines outstanding service with top-level cleanliness and comfort.

We absolutely loved our stay, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful and spacious, the riad had a cozy atmosphere and a lovely rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi. The breakfast was very tasty and the location was great, close to everything but still in a quiet spot.

A lot of water is wasted waiting for the shower to heat up. At first we thought the hot water had run out.

Bellissimo ryad nella Medina. Si vive l’autentica cultura marocchina. Personale gentilissimo e attento ad ogni esigenza. Colazione abbondante. Abbiamo usufruito, inoltre, della cena anch’essa gustosa. Terrazza con panorama mozzafiato e stanze pulite.

Todo genial, un equipo de profesionales que te facilitan tu llegada y estancia en Marruecos. Gracias a todos. Las instalaciones y habitaciones muy buenas, limpieza y tranquilidad en este Riad. Cerca andando de todos los sitios clave de la Medina.
