Breakfast was amazing. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive, especially Javier and Yunior, who both spoke English and Spanish, as our Portuguese is rusty. They did a good job with the salmon and chicken dishes at lunch and dinner. The game rooms (pool and ping-pong) were fun. Pool was probably actually English Billiards, as the holes and balls were smaller than American pool. Unfortunately, the room was too small for the table, so the pool cue hit the wall on many shots. The bed wasn't up to Wyndham or Sheridan standards, but it had good structure to it and I slept well. It was very springy and on the hard side. The vendors at the beach cater to every whim, whether it is dresses, swim suits, beach toys, congas, or food/beverages.

The room was a bit sterile, with white walls and floors. They didn't change the bed sheets during the stay, which is really noticeable when at a beach destination. The hot tub didn't get hot and the jets didn't work. The sauna didn't get quite hot enough. The indoor pool had a layer of something on top - we passed on using it. The tennis court is newly refinished, but they rent it out to a pro for lessons - we think to locals - so it was hard to get slots. The beach is great for taking a walk, but the vendors crowd around so densely that it obstructs the view of the ocean if you want to just sit and soak in the air and sun. While the restaurant menu boasted shrimp dishes, they overcook it.

A nossa estadia nesse hotel foi de ótima experiência. Para começar a avaliação enfatizo que sou extremamente alergica e asmatica, o hotel é de um nivel de limpeza de admirar, tudo muito cheiroso e os quartos extremamente limpos. Minha alergia sequer se manifestou, e isso é o ponto principal de qualquer hotel que fico. A praia é literalmente na frente, mar calmo, areia limpa, ideal para crianças. Outro ponto é a educação dos funcionários que é de se admirar, precisei trocar de quarto pois decidi ficar mais um dia e eles fizeram todo a mudança enquanto eu estava almoçando. Além disso, como era aniversário do meu marido prepararam uma surpresa linda no quarto com um bolo delicioso.

A academia poderia ter melhor manutenção dos equipamentos que não funcionam o painel. O restaurante tem um preço elevado mas nada que fuja do valor que Floripa tem.
