+extrem sauberes Hotel: sei es Zimmer, Bad, Gang, Aufzug, Empfangshalle, Frühstücksraum +jede noch so kleine Nische liebevoll und geschmackvoll durchgängig im maritimen Stil dekoriert und eingerichtet + herzlicher Empfang an der Rezeption zu jeder Tageszeit +direkter Strandzugang +das Frühstück ein Traum- noch nie so ein reichhaltiges , schön arrangiertes Frühstücksbuffet (v.a. nicht in Cattolica!)gesehen + der Strandabschnitt direkt vor dem Hotel ist zwar privat, aber genauso gepflegt und herzlich geführt

- die hellhörige mattierte Glastüre , die das Bad vom Zimmer trennt, lässt wenig Intimsphäre zu
