The room is just fine. Location is not too bad. The reception is kind and can speak English well.

The best location just at the heart of Granada. Just at 5/10minutes for the most tourist places to visit. They know all the best places to visit. The best hospitality and welcome. Very Nice people who help with anything you need. Good relation price/quality. Great view to the most famous place in Granada.

Staff is very kind and comfort. And clean and comfort kitchen provide the things what i wanted. But i've stayed only one night in dormitory so not sure for another rooms. And a little bit hard to find. However, i can strongly recommend if you're a backpacker.

Hotel is really close to the city center and within walking distance from most of the attractions. We stayed three nights with my old mother, who needs wheelchair or strong hand to climb the few stairs in the lobby. Rooms were clean, but almost all of the toilets smelled either "that" or some strong cleaning detergent. When we complained about the first, the personnel gave us a new room without any problems, and that room was also more quiet, further from the road and traffic noise. My mothers room was next to the elevator, so she could once go for breakfast without letting me know, and vanished for short time. Her problem (over the forgetfullness) was that she did not know how to use the shower. I am to blame for that, and not hotel management...

it's good. surrounding is good. it's cheep but i don't use credit card. it hasn't airconditioner but cool. staff is kind, she taught me granada's location. at station, slightly far from here

호스텔이였기에 크게바라는거없이가서 좋았다 가격이굉장히 싸서 좋았고 공용욕실이지만 수건제공해준게좋았다

Atlantida is a great place to stay for exploring Granada! The rooms are clean and tidy, and the place is located right in the middle of the city. Even though it's right on the Gran Via, we weren't bothered by any noise or disturbance. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and multilingual. Guests expecting five-star service and facilities should turn elsewhere, however in its price range I think Atlantida is a very good choice, and I would recommend anyone staying there.
