El personal es muy amable y te ayuda con todo lo que necesitas. Tienen servicio de traslado al aeropuerto (entre 12 y 15 €, según la hora). Te guardan las maletas en la "consigna". Las instalaciones no son las más bonitas que te puedes encontrar, pero la habitación era muy amplia y las camas muy cómodos. El desayuno estaba muy bueno, tienes café, té, zumo, una pieza de bollería y un par de piezas de "pan" típico de allí, además de mermelada, miel y mantequilla. La ubicación está bien, puedes ir caminando a todos los sitios de interés de la ciudad.

No se podía pagar con tarjeta y no se nos avisó hasta que no preguntamos el ultimo día. La limpieza es mejorable, hay bastante polvo acumulado en ciertas zonas de la habitación, pero por lo general, estamos muy contentas, repetiríamos.
