Das Frühstück besteht nur im Prospekt/auf Booking.Com. Das sind billige Produkte vorverpackt im Zimmer. Die muss man dann in den Frühstücksraum mitnehmen und sich einen Kaffe selber machen. 0 Service, 0 Personalkosten, 0 Qualität. Nie wieder.

Alles nur noch elektronisch, Zugang, unbedingt vorab elektronisch einchecken, sonst kommt man gar nicht hinein. Das sollte dann auch so angekündigt werden. Man erhält irgendwann ein Mail von einer unbekannten Stelle, und sollte das machen. Unpersönlicher geht nicht. Und eigentlich sind wir ja angehalten, auf Mails von "unbekannt" keine Daten Preis zu geben. Das müsste dann zumindest auf Booking.com schon kommuniziert werden.
