Man wurde Herzlichst empfangen und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr gut.

Die Bäder könnten größer sein und es wäre schön wenn man am Morgen warmes Wasser zum Duschen hätte. Leider war beim Frühstück an manchen Brotscheiben schimmel, wodurch einem leider der Hunger vergangen ist. Und für wen es wichtig ist ging auch der Fernseher nicht.

Ontbijt was fantastisch en zeer uitgebreid. Geldt ook voor de mogelijkheid om te dineren. Goede menukaart met lokale gerechten. Alles in ruime mate aanwezig, volop keuze. Badkamer was eenvoudig, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Om de dag en soms dagelijks werden de handdoeken verschoond. Badkamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt. Personeel in de bediening en de schoonmaaksters zijn uitermate vriendelijk. Eigenaar en partner zij ongelofelijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam en zijn continue in de omgeving aanwezig. Vanuit het hotel in Pozzolengo kunnen hele mooie tochten langs de wijngaarden gereden worden. Vanaf het hotel naar het Garda Meer is nog geen 14 minuten rijden. Ook zijn er voldoende overdekte parkeerplaatsen bij het hotel. Het zwembad bij het hotel is super. Voldoende ligstoelen aanwezig om heerlijk te ontspannen en af te koelen na een warme dag. Badhanddoeken worden door het hotel verstrekt.

Poolen är väldigt trevlig, trevlig personal och fint läge i Pozzolengo! När till restauranger och små affärer. Vacker utsikt från restaurangen som ligger vid sidan av hotellet.

Litet rum och toalett, hade gärna haft en kyl inne på rummet, saknade en liten uteplats eller balkong men kanske fanns bättre rum med detta? Frukosten var medioker.
