Heritage hotel Bastion

I had a hard time finding the hotel driving. That all vanished as I walked in. The gentleman at reception was friendly and helpful. He helped with my luggage and parked my car. He even found the name of a tree for me. I had a lovely view over the harbour. The room was comfortable and the location perfect. Most of all though, the service was spotless.

The AC in our room was leaking. There was water every where on the floor. The location is great.

Treasure of a property with great staff, excellent restaurant and perfect location in old city-all in a historic building just steps from the water.

The Bastion is in a fabulous location. All the staff were very warm, welcoming & helpful. The lady on the front desk was especially helpful & gave wonderful guidance on what do in Zadar. The hospitality made our stay special.

Probably a very nice hotel 30 or 40 years ago. The infrastructure is old and do not correspond to the price. Must say that staff is very friendly and helpful.

Overall rooms were fine- clean etc The drawback was the restaurant(s)! First 2 breakfasts eere terrible. All breads stale or retoasted since the hitel had a minimum or no guests to serve. 3day improved breakfast was better- fresh bread… Avoid the restaurant!!!!! ONE shrimp and only one!!!!!! Served on a large plate Shashimi shrimp just ONE!!! was $29 Euros/ 30 Us$. Veg soup better said sqash créme was tasteless. Aside from that Hotel was well located and clean
