We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic—perfectly situated and close to everything. While the hotel is a bit expensive, it actually saved us a lot on transportation costs, making it well worth it. The absolute highlight of our stay was Isa at the reception desk. Her smile could light up an entire day and brought such a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the hotel. Every morning, seeing her cheerful smile made our day start on the right note. She is genuinely one of the kindest and most professional people we have met during our travels. If we ever return to this hotel, a big reason will be Isa. She made our stay feel special, and her positive energy truly brightened the whole place. Thank you, Isa, for making our visit even more memorable!

It was really expensive compared to the prices of Lisbon 😅😅

The location is excellent and convenient to different attractions. The staff is very helpful especially when I requested to change from a standard double room to a twin bed room. It was being handled promptly.

The size of the room is very small. It is not easy to put two big luggages especially for me and family that have long holiday plans in Portugal.
