This establishment operates a predatory script of ambush. At check-in, an explicit boundary was guaranteed that no charges would ever be applied to the card on file without prior notification and explicit approval. During the stay, staff were openly notified of garment stains on the bedding, yet no notification of any fee was given, nor was any charge mentioned during the remaining night. A week after departure, a silent, unauthorized tariff of 40 euros was extracted from my account without documentation, without an itemized receipt, and without consent. When confronted via their official email registry, management chose total silence and administrative evasion. If you trust this property with your digital card data, know that your vault is completely insecure, explicit verbal contracts are treated as dust, and they will silently siphon your money once you exit the perimeter. Absolute fraud.
