Sia la ragazza che ci ha accolti alla reception ieri tardo pomeriggio che il ragazzo questa mattina all'alba sono stati estremamente gentili e professionali. La camera era comoda e pulita. La struttura è in zona strategica e comodissima. È probabile che torneremo.

Hotel numa vila medieval, mas com pouca manutenção nas areas externas. Vale a experiência.

Best location, staff, breakfast, rooms

the location is perfect. the best street of the Genoa. Although the rooms facing the street are filled with the street noise, when windows are open. very convenient for transportation. only 8 minutes walk to major train station.

The stuff were nice. The bathroom needs more privacy specially in the night. Good location!

Rarely write reviews for hotel stays, but this is easily 4 or 5 star quality. Great renovated rooms. Great service, very accomodating. Did not hesitate to rebook for a second night.

Centre ville Parking tout près de l’hôtel il faut leur demander pour qu’il vous explique où se trouve le parking et c’est 20€ par jour Personnel au top Ptit dej simple mais bon Il faut aller dans le quartier médiéval et voir maison de Christophe Colomb et il faut manger ds ce quartier c’est trop mignon

Clean room, small hotel located in the very heart of Genova. To me hotel prices are too high nowadays but unfortunately that’s the reality we are facing. For 150 euro per night I don’t think it’s good value for money but I was happy with service, staff attitude and room confort.
