The location was excellent. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The style of the building and room was great, very medieval. Was lovely to have a big bath. Breakfast was yummy

The pillows were too soft and did not provide any support. Turning the fan on was an odd process, and it turned off itself during the night so we had to turn it back on - it was a little warm in the room.

I liked everything: staff, location, comfort and room style, breakfast. And - of course - the view from the window) I lived in an old historical hotel, very cosy and comfortable in the heart of the city. The stuff was friendly and competent.

Only pillows. They were uncomfortable for me.
