I went for a surgery and the people was "great ", they helped me a lot. If you ask me I come back I will say yes. I dont care if the building is old that makes it more special. Only problem I saw when you order something you have to go to the parking or if you come in taxi they have to leave you in the front at the parking even if you come with many bags. The security guys are mean and so rude, not all but a few they are.

Había realizado mi reserva para el travelers condominios plenitud, y cuando llegué me dijeron que me habían reubicado al de la fontana, me parece terrible que habiendo realizado la reserva hace más de 1 mes, me salgan con eso, porque según se debía cancelar antes de llegar lo cual nunca me había pasado, entonces me pregunto porque no dieron de baja la reserva e informaron con tiempo que estaba pendiente el pago, y lo hubiera realizado sin problema, porque quería tener como siempre una buena experiencia

Architecture is beautiful but be aware it is an OLD property!!

Water pressure was horrible!! NOT HOT WATER.It is a cold city n not being able to shower with hot water was horrible

The staff was attentive and polite.

They downgraded me to their lower-quality facility (Fontana Rosa) litterally hours before arriving. I was standing in the passport control queue at Bogotá airport when they sent me a WhatsApp message saying there had been an "incident" and they would rebook me to their other facility.... Obviously, at this point There's nothing one can do, so I just relectantly stayed one night and tgen booked another hotel. The sjower was overfllooding, the water was cold and the They downgraded me to their lower-quality facility (Fontana Rosa) litterally hours before arriving. There's a general sense of a very run-down property. The breakfast was mediocre.

Location is great. This property shares the same building as the hotel estelar.

Apartment’s furniture old. The bedding was not clean. The breakfast is very meek when compared to other hotels around the area.

The location and the architecture of the place, and the gentleness of the staff.

It needs a comprehensive refurbishment to update its infrastructure and maintain the overall architectural quality.

The room was very small and the bed sheets had a bad smell. This property needs a proper management. The employees are very friendly and helpful all the time.
