The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. Her help with my search for a property managemt agency was very kind and helpful.

The room was a bit small and noisy due to the location next to the elevator. I suggested this would be a problem, but they did not offer to move me to a different room. They should have, but they seemed more concerned with their money than the customer's satisfaction.

"Lovely family run hotel in the Aosta valley. A good one night stop, a good restaurant nearby."

"It’s was more than I expected! Best experience in Europe."

I loved absolutely everything! Starting with the receptionist who welcomed us after the 10:30 allowed check in time. The room was so modern and extremely clean and oh so comfortable. I loved the views from the doors and outside eating area. The breakfast was excellent too! The departure time is when you pay and she gave me excellent suggestions for once in a lifetime experiences. Left feeling super grateful.
