Hotel Rotondo

Fajna lokalizacja. W pokoju czysto, wygodne łóżka.

Nie działała klimatyzacja w pokoju. Jak poprosiliśmy o naprawę recepcjonistami nas zbyła za zaraz przyjdzie kolega na zmianę i zobaczy co się stało. Nikt nawet do tego nie zajrzał gorąco było tak że ciężko było wytrzymać w nocy

la posizione è molto comoda dato che è attaccata a Trau ma comunque non in mezzo a tutto il caos. Molto vicina alla spiaggia e stanze pulite.

Colazione poco varia ma nel complesso accettabile. Il bagno turco del centro benessere non era agibile.

The lady at the reception on Sunday night was kind. That's it!

This is not a 4* hotel, but barely a 3*. Furniture like from the '80. Carpets in the room (Southern country with carpeting??) and smell of molds, humidity and old fabrics. The waiter at breakfast filled up his water bottle from which he drank directly at the water dispenser for guests and when told it's not hygienic he first denied, then just laughed at our face. Lady at checkout on Monday morning had zero customer service skills or just simple politeness.

Friendly staff. Value for money.

I was expecting a slightly richer breakfast, especially for vegetarians.

This hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel. Nothing worked in the room - refrigerator or television or safe. Hair dryer was broken. The tub was dirty and discolored. There was rust on the shower doors. The walls were scuffed and there were even spots on the ceiling. When we got there the property didn’t even have electricity. Advertised as updated. Appears only the lobby was renovated. I wish I could upload photos.
