The property offers a one-way shuttle service from the airport to the property for a surcharge. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"A hidden gem right above the main plaza in the heart of Cusco"

Friendly staff, beautifully decorated rooms and well maintained house with a nice pool and steam room.

Limited drinking water provided in small bottles, steam room needed to be turned on at least 35 minutes in advance.

The care that has been taken to restore this Hotel is a credit to the owner. The attention to detail, the space, the location and of course, the food. The staff are fabulous, the service so good. I can highly recommend Casa Cartagena Boutique and Spa.

"What an exceptional stay!"

The hotel is absolutely stunning, elegant, peaceful, and full of character. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The spa was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh options. A perfect oasis in the heart of Cusco. We would love to come back one day!

Gentileza dos funcionários, ótima qualidade das roupas de cama e banho. Localização privilegiada, próxima das principais atrações. Quando notaram que um dos passeios começaria antes do início do café, providenciaram sacola com itens de café da manhã para levarmos. Quarto muito confortável e serviço de quarto excepcional. Spa relativamente simples, mas aconchegante e com a piscina bem quentinha.

Café da manhã poderia ser mais variado e mais claro quanto à opções à la carte disponíveis. Em nada atrapalha a nota 10 que merece a acomodação.
