Loved the serenity of staying near to snow-capped mountains and less crowded due to the winter season. Breakfast was lovely and thoroughly enjoyed the spread of food provided. It's a pity it was raining when we were there. About 5 mins drive to the city area.

Hotel is situated on a very busy road which creates a link between Germania and Austria. This thing is not mention on hotel s presentation and the pictures post on booking avoid to capture this road which is exactly in the front. We asked for a quiet room and he gave us a room on hotel s back, with view to the hills, because they had one, otherwise ...... in front of the hotel the traffic was intense and the rooms with this view were surely very very noisy. The man from the reception doesn't speak English (only German) and it was impossible to talk with him. We used google translate, but he understood only he wanted to understand. He was not agreeable, pleasant and always seemed timorous. About room service - they didn't change our towels after the first night, even we put them on the floor (as usually), more, they took them wet and put them on the hangers as they were cleaned. We found the towels after few hours wet and with heavy smell. After first night we said that we had a problem and we wanted to check-out after first night, but we were told that was impossible, if we left we had to pay for 2 nights as we booked in the beginning. This thing seemed me outrageous! The photos of the site present large leather chairs - but we had plastic one, large sink - but we had a little one. I will attach photos to stand up my comment.
