Le personnel est très sympa, l'établissement est propre et le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. très bon rapport qualité/prix.

El pueblo y el hotel muy tranquilo.

Las habitaciones necesitan algo de reforma. He visto hostales en España con mejor calidad de instalaciones.

Ubicación buena solo estuvimos una noche , pueblo y hotel muy tranquilos, tiene un parking justo detrás del hotel lo que nos alivio mucho para no tener que bajar solo lo necesario para una noche , no vi supermercados si algunos local donde tomar alguna copa o refrescos.

No hablan español la chica muy simpática y amable nos puso el traductor para poder comunicarnos.

Among the seven-day Pyrenees journey, this was the most disappointing hotel. The entrance was hard to find, and the reception was neither friendly nor helpful. English was not spoken, which made communication difficult. The room had a noticeable sewage smell, and since it was located above a bar, it was very noisy at night. I had already read some similar comments from other guests, but the stay turned out to be even less comfortable than expected. If there were other hotel options in this area, I would definitely choose another

At check-in, I was asked to provide my physical credit card, and the staff wrote down the card number manually. According to the notice at the reception, this procedure is done as a “guarantee” for bookings made through Booking.com. They mentioned that they did not record the security code on the back, but I could not clearly see which parts of the card were copied. This left me with a sense of mistrust and discomfort. While I understand the need for guarantees, I believe there are safer and more transparent ways to handle credit card information.

L’odeur pas très agréable dans l’hôtel même dans les chambre, manque d’équipement dans les chambre ( d’oreilles supplémentaire, bouilloire pour café ou thé), car petit déjeuner pas service avant 8h.
