"Lovely hotel in excellent location"

We stayed in the suite with riverside balcony & were very happy with our choice. We had quite possibly one of the best views in town from the balcony & from the large & comfortable window seat. The room was spacious & very clean. Breakfast was plentiful & of a good quality, The gentleman (sorry, don't know his name) overseeing the breakfast room was always friendly & helpful & always had a big smile. Location of the hotel is brilliant right on the river & part of the old town, also a short walk over the bridge to the train station. Kufstein is a lovely town not too big or small & in a good location for day trips. We would definitely stay here again.

Sadly one of the young ladies at reception was rather unfriendly bordering on being rude, also rather unhelpful, not sure why as we are always respectful, maybe a bit of PR training is needed.

"Una piccola perla, e’ il caso di dire, in pieno centro! Lo consiglio assolutamente!"

La posizione centralissima, la pulizia, la colazione molto completa ( dolce e salato), lo staff ( la donna delle pulizie molto cordiale e precisa), il materasso davvero confortevole, bar panoramico al quarto piano, ottimo ristorante di fronte alla struttura.

Forse le camere ( la mia era una matrimoniale comfort) non sono molto ampie ma sono comunque ben fornite ( macchina caffè, bollitore, mini freezer, kit bagno perfetto dotato anche )phon con diffusore. Do comunque punteggio massimo perché la struttura merita.

"Incantevole il festival delle Mille luci."

Posizione centralissima, nel vicolo più pittoresco della città. Affaccio sul fiume oppure sulla Fortezza che è da visitare. Possibilità di parcheggio coperto a due minuti a piedi. Ristorante di fronte all'hotel, ma possibilità di cenare in diversi altri locali o pizzerie a pochi minuti. Colazione ben fornita per tutti i gusti e le abitudini. Immagino che Kufstein e i dintorni siano molto belli in estate.

Da migliorare la dotazione del bagno con almeno un paio di attaccapanni in più e un kit di cortesia; c'è solo il sapone.

"Wunderschöner Urlaub."

Sehr nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstück das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Mitten in der Altstadt am wunderschönen Inn gelegen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen bestimmt wieder. Weiter so !!
