Very comfortable room. Felt very private thanks to a little ante room were you can leave coats and shoes. Everywhere on the premises was immaculate and warm. Excellent shower. Very quiet both nights. Welcoming host who leaves sweets and chocolates for you to pick up as you use the staircase :-) Coffee making facilities with biscuits. 1 mile from York center by foot alongside the river.or by bus (stop a couple of minutes from B&B)

Good location with side street parking, 15min riverside walk to city centre, £7 taxi ride. Spotlessly clean, comfortable accommodation. Host extremely helpful with maps, routes etc

Very clean, lovely facilities and decor and very close to York. Breakfast was great too! We chose to do the lovely walk into York along the river each day which only took 30 mins. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. There were lots of nice little touches that made it extra special staying at Halloween with my teenage daughter.

Lovely guest house about 1.3 miles from The Shambles. Totally doable to walk however we opted to Uber for around £5. Owners were friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and spacious enough for 2 of us. The room had an Ensuite, TV, Kettle. Bed and pillows very comfy - had a great night's sleep.

Nice and modern interior, comfortable bed. Very nice and friendly hosts. Attention to detail. Definetly worth a money. If we will visit York again this property would be our first choice
