Everything was fab. The location is spot on only a wee walk to bus stop. The area so peaceful. And the owners are so nice.

Its not that i didn't like it. I just thought £17 for the breakfast was a little expensive.

Having not stayed in a B&B for many years, this was a very pleasant surprise. An excellent quality, comfortable room with plenty of space. The welcome and service during our stay were of a high standard with very friendly and polite staff. Breakfasts were a special treat with high quality ingredients well served.

There was nothing that caused us any issues at this property.

Enjoyed my stay unfortunately it was very hot at night but a fan was provided in the room . I was made to feel welcome and the owner went out her way with additional comforts provided had sanitiser and sweets not to mention a nice clean room. I will be back again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ashbourne House! The room was very comfortable and bright, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great too -- a lovely walk along the river away from the bustling city centre.
