A kettle. Easy check in.

Unpleasant smell of a mixture of mould and chemico Cheap mattress and bed linen (nylon/rayon?) Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Poorly plumbed shower with bad temp control. Open toilet in the room so you can watch and smell your partner while lying in bed. Luckily I was alone. Broken fan switch. Bed side light did not work. Notices posted all over in place of service. Poor lighting in the room. I booked this by mistake so failed to read other reviews. The 10km distance from the centre did not worry me, but may others. The photo of the cathedral gives a bad impression of proximity. I have been on a cycling holiday for about 75 days. In all the places I have stayed this has to be the worst with regard to value for money.

Hotellet är rent och snyggt. Lite konstig inredning och färgsättning men charmigt. Rekommenderar rum mot trädgården pga störande trafiken mot gatan. Rummet högst upp mot trädgården var okej men saknade dusch. Toalett och handfat bakom draperi i ett hörn av rummet bredvid sängen. Fungerar att bo 1-2 nätter. Mycket centralt nära butiker och restauranger. Väldigt skön säng.

Appena arrivari abbiamo dovuto pagare im anticipo (100€ a notte... non pochi)in contanti perche’ il titolare dice che la carta per i clienti esteri non funziona. Abbiamo ricevuto un asciugamano piccolo e “puzzolente” per 3 gg. Alla prenotazione era indicato bagno in camera e abbiamo avuto un bagno in comune (poco pulito)con 7 altre camere!!!mancava la carta igenica, suonando alla porta sel titolare per averla... nessuno ha risposto!!penso che hotels.com debba controllare le strutture che convenzionano se quello che dicono di avere ed essere corrisponda a verita!!!!!! Cmque non prenoto mai piu con questo portale!!!!!!

千萬不要住這裡。沒有單獨衛浴，沒有更換床單和浴巾，沒有每日房務清潔。

The condition of the property in general was below average, signs of previous damage to doors and locks, WC cistern hanging sideways but still working and my mattress sagged in the middle, though the Manager was very friendly and helpful.

Wir wurden sofort sehr freundlich aufgenommen und haben auch gleich ein paar tolle Tipps für den Abend bekommen. Jedoch war das Zimmer für den Preis enttäuschend. Die Möbel waren durcheinander gewürfelt, es gab nicht mal Handseife und das „Badezimmer“ ist nur durch eine provisorische Wand und einen Duschvorhang vom Rest des Zimmers getrennt. Dadurch war der Wohlfühlfaktor für uns gleich null... Schön war das kostenlose Wasser und der Tee auf dem Zimmer, was jedoch nicht die fehlende Sauberkeit im Zimmer (Staub und viele Haare) ausgleichen konnte. Dadurch dass wir nur kurz in Köln waren, war es ok. Wir würden aber nicht nochmals in diese Unterkunft gehen, da für uns leider das Negative überwogen hat.

Keine Dusche vorhanden, nicht mal ein richtiges Badezimmer. Es war ziemlich dreckig. Kein Entgegenkommen vom Vermieter.

Fint til enkelt overnatning. Hus indrettet til "hotel". Ligger langt ude.
