Ubicación, limpieza, tamaño del apartamento y fácil aparcamiento. En líneas generales el equipamiento es bastante básico, pero la relación calidad precio está muy bien.

Ajuar de cocina muy básico. Ausencia de trapos, servilletas, tostadora, horno. Las camas excesivamente blandas. Iluminación insuficiente.
