"While it did not ruin our stay in Ortigia, there may be some other better stay options."

Good location, close to everything. Decent breakfast.

Very outdated room, floor looks dirty, our bathroom had issues, and fridge was not fully functioning.

Location, most staff were friendly.Suited our needs. Gluten free croissant.

One receptionist was a bit grumpy and despite saying when we would arrive we had to wait 20mins to be let in to the hotel. Lack of any gluten free bread...
