Se anuncia como hotel de 5 estrellas con parking. Ni tiene parking ni calidades de 5 estrellas, es un Riad acondicionado con desayuno básico. No había agua caliente en la habitación, la solución que nos ofrecieron fue ir a otra habitación tres plantas más abajo (sin ascensor) para ducharnos y luego volver a la nuestra. El parking no existe.

Très beau Riad avec un personnel parfait. Emplacement idéal dans la Médina.

Petit déjeuner moyen et spa moyen. Chambre sous le restaurant très bruyante.

Etablissement bruyant dans son fonctionnement. Notre chambre était à proximité de la réception, du monte charge et en dessous du restaurant / bar du rooftop (chambre Premium faisant l’objet d’une plus value). Serviettes tellement usées qu’elles étaient trouées …nous sommes restés une semaine et le ménage a été fait la veille de notre départ Ce qui sauve le RIAD c’est son restaurant

Excellent séjour au Riad ! Décoré avec goût.Super emplacement, on a pu tout faire à pied. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et à la carte. Toute l’équipe est très aimable,serviable et toujours disponible,mention spéciale à Ftah et Hanan avec qui nous avons beaucoup rit !! Je crois qu’Hanan se rappellera de nous :) Ils savent vous mettre à l’aise on est très bien reçu. Nous conseillons ce Riad à notre entourage et nous reviendrons certainement pour un prochain séjour.

Goede communicatie, prima locatie, vriendelijk personeel en zeker Mohamed met zijn constante glimlach en bereidheid om te helpen met wat dan ook. De prestige kamer was ruim, prima badkamer. Gebruik gemaakt van de traditionele hamam en massage. Was een aangename ervaring na een dag golfen. Verrassend hoe groot de Riad is; een zwembad en hamam zijn dus ook aanwezig in de compact ogende Riad.

Het hoofdkussen was erg hard en dik. Het zou fijn zijn om een zachter alternatief te kunnen gebruiken. Persoonlijk vond ik het bed ook aan de harde kant. Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd op het dak en dit is uitbesteed aan een andere firma. Het leek alsof het personeel daar wat gestrest was. Ontbijt zelf was prima.

L'atmosfera marocchina! Il roof sensazionale. Ottima la cena! Una menzione particolare a Layla, Samad ed Omar per la loro gentilezza e professionalità. Ma in generale tutto il personale e’ stato eccellente.
