The hotel is within walking distance of the mail city square with numerous bars and restaurants. It has on site parking. The hotel is well maintained and clean. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel staff were excellent. The restaurant in the hotel was outstanding, great food and service. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. Definitely a good place to stay while in Ostuni.

I have just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel as part of a 22 person group tour with One Traveller on an evening meal + B&B basis. The Ostuni Palace hotel is a really beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms are delighful, the staff polite and helpful and the beds really comfortable. The breakfasts were good with plenty of choice. Unfortunately our stay was spoilt by the really rotten food we were served during our evening meals. The food was poor in terms of quality, quantity and presentation. Something which is very unusual in Puglia. Even though our tour guide complaned, there was no impovement in the food. Our last meal was a starter of roast vegetables or bland vegtable soup and then one greasy chicken thigh and some soggy potato wedges. Another evening a vegetarian option of turnip top omlette (photo below) was sent back to the kitchen by several guests as it was dry, unappealing and there was only a dessert spoonful of mashed potato. Each evening guests were given one tiny slice of bread and had to ask for more. We took to eating well at lunchtime as we knew we were going to be left hungry in the evening. Our meals bore no resemblance to the hotel's evening a la carte menu which was on display. On the last morning I told the hotel manager exactly what I thought about the evening meals we had been served and he just looked away. One Traveller have assured guests that the budget allocated to the hotel was good and that the decision to undercut was purely down to the hotel choosing to serve substandard meals. I very much hope that One Traveller review their contract with The Ostuni Palace given this experience by 22 guests.

Le personnel vraiment serviable, le petit déjeuner assez varié, l’hôtel est plutôt bien placé, même s’il faut marcher 10 minutes pour être au centre de la vieille ville. Un parking gratuit est disponible ce qui est vraiment appréciable.

Le bruit de la rue est absolument insupportable. Ce sont des pavés juste devant vos fenêtres. Vous ne pouvez pas dormir de la nuit à chaque fois qu’une voiture passe sur les pavés. La climatisation ne peut pas être mise en marche de la chambre, il faut à chaque fois contacter la réception pour l’allumer ou l’éteindre. Les oreillers sont beaucoup trop durs et pas d’option possible d’avoir des oreillers plus souples. Les portes de la douche ne fermaient pas complètement, des gobelets en plastique dans la salle de bain. Ce n’est pas à la hauteur d’un quatre étoiles à mon avis.
