This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. Please note, front desk assistance is available from 8:00 to 19:00 hs Monday through Friday and from 9:00 to 15:00 hs on the weekends. Please note the property will block the amount corresponding to the first night on the customer's credit card as means to guarantee the reservation. Upon check-in, guests may decide to annul this and pay the full amount, or make it valid and pay the remaining amount. LOCAL TAX LAW. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19% To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
