Due to the health situation at the moment we have decided to adapt our apartments to this circumstance. It consists of a differentiated sanitation for floors, tables, countertops, etc., with the use of suitable disinfectants and another for the environment and fabrics, placing an ozone machine that sanitizes the room and releases it from pathogens. We hope with this measure to protect you and protect us and we intend to create an environment of tranquility and confidence that is very necessary when you travel. Apartments are cleaned before arrival and although a cleaning service is not included in the rate, guests can request this service for an additional cost. Apartments are equipped with cleaning products. There is no fee for the end of stay clean. To finalize the reservation a member of staff will contact the guest. Guests are then asked to indicate their expected time of arrival at the apartment. Here, guests will be met by a member of staff who will hand over the keys to the apartment and answer any questions the guests may have. After checking the condition of the apartment, the remaining amount of the total fee must be paid.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Javier fue muy atento, nos ayudó a encontrar el apartamento y nos aconsejó sobre lugares donde ir a comer, aparcar, etc. La ubicación excepcional.

La limpieza, lo fundamental (baño y sábanas) estaba bien, pero había zonas (interruptores, puertas, campanas extractora) que necesitaban un poco más de atención.

Estuvimos alojados en el apartamento durante el puente de diciembre y, en general, la experiencia fue muy positiva. La ubicación es excelente: está cerca de todas las zonas de interés, lo que nos permitió movernos con mucha comodidad y aprovechar al máximo nuestra estancia. Además, el trato del personal fue sobresaliente; siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar.

El apartamento en sí nos gustó mucho, es cómodo y está bien equipado. Sin embargo, hubo un aspecto que afectó a nuestro bienestar: la limpieza. Mi mujer tiene alergia al polvo y, al entrar al apartamento, comenzaban los ataques, lo que le impidió descansar como hubiera querido. Es una pena, porque todo lo demás estaba realmente bien.

La proximidad a toda la zona centro y a todos los sitios importantes del casco antiguo, puedes ir caminando a todo. En general el alojamiento un 10 por todo.
