The hotel and all the staff are amazing! On arrival we had mint tea (absolutely delicious) and we're given loads of help with what to do in the area. Our room was really clean and had a huge shower. The WiFi is really good. It was very calm and quiet there, with a rooftop very well decorated. The location is superb and just down the road are the best crepes we've ever had. You're right by the souks (markets). The owners were so so lovely and arranged our trip to the Sahara. I would 10000% recommend staying here.

My stay at this riad was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything feel special. Everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our trip amazing. They helped us plan the perfect day trips, gave spot-on recommendations, and made us feel completely at home. Breakfast each morning was delicious — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. The entire riad felt calm, clean, and comforting, like a peaceful escape in the heart of Marrakech. It’s rare to find a place where the service feels this personal and thoughtful. I can’t thank the staff enough for making our stay so memorable. I would come back in a heartbeat and recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Bon emplacement dans la médina

La chambre microscopique, des poubelles n'avaient pas été vidées du placard en arrivant. Fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain qui sentait l'humidité Établissement très sonore Le personnel insustantbpour être payer avant la fin du séjour.

El chico encargado, se ponía a hacer videollamadas por las noches, hasta altas horas. Era muy molesto

La terrazza, tenuta molto bene e bella. Location ottima.

Il Wi-Fi non funzionava bene nella stanza e neanche sulla terrazza. Avevamo la camera al piano terra, attaccati alla cucina, quindi alle 7 del mattino ci svegliavano i rumori dei piatti della colazione e delle donne che la cucinavano. In più essendo al piano terra si concentrava tutto l’odore di cibo e di fumo di sigarette, visto che si poteva fumare all’interno.
