For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Funcionários da recepção cansados, mau humorados, sarcásticos com os clientes. Toalhas do quarto sujas, sem condições de uso. Louça do café da manhã suja. Quarto não corresponde a fotos do aplicativo, completamente diferente. Encontrei um percevejo em cima das roupas pela manhã.

Somente o chuveiro do banheiro precisa de manutenção a água não desce normal difícil lavar o cabelo pelo menos pra mim que tenho cabelos longos a água não tem direção tirando isso Td perfeito !

"Supo ser un buen hotel pero ya no mas"

La ubicacion

La habitacion que nos dieron tenia olor a cloaca estaba tapado el baño, nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitacion. Y despues muy ruidoso el hotel, te despertaba a la mañana los ruidos de las mucamas y la gente de las otras habitaciones. Mal insonorizado.

ATENDIMENTO E POSICIONAMENTO DA EQUIPE. DESDE O INICIO O ATENDIMENTO FOI PESSIMO, COMO SE ESTIVESSEM NOS FAZENDO UM FAVOR. O UNICO QUE FOI RECEPTIVO E SUPER EDUCADO FOI O MANOBRISTAS, AS CAMAREIRAS 8H DA MANHÃ NUMA "GRITARIA" NOS CORREDORES, UMA TOTAL FALTA DE RESPEITO COM OS HOSPEDES.
