Da disposição em ajudar dos funcionários.

Da estrutura do resorts em si, áreas com mato alto, no refeitório as janelas com pedaços quebrados. No quarto área do teto com falta de gesso, há pouca variedade das comidas e bebidas. Nem todos os bares da piscina estavam funcionando, onde ficava a sala de jogos a sinuca e o totó faltando bolas e quebrados.

Pessoas comendo dentro da piscina. Notifiquei e nada foi feito, mesmo esta do claro como regra no folheto entregue no checkin. Café da manha e refeições muito locais, tive dificuldades para comer.
