Amazing experience! The stuff was very friendly!

State of the art accommodations! Coffee maker, refrigerator makes life so nice. The staff prepared a breakfast to go since I had an early morning appointment, before the breakfast bar was open. Recommend renting their ebikes this place is a blast!

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Meteora. The place is lovely. We had a room in the basement with a private bathroom. That is a must for us, and some rooms have shared bathrooms. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was great. The only downside was that the window looked out into the backyard from the basement. That made the room seem a little smaller. But overall it didn’t really matter much. The staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We ate dinner one evening on the lawn, and that was very nice as well. There is limited parking on the street near the hotel. One evening we had to park about 100 yards away, but there isn’t much they can do about that. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. We would definitely stay there again if we come back.

Beautiful property with a very modern feel. Welcomed with a smile and told our room had been upgraded. Brought us to our room and explained all the features and amenities of the property. The restaurant on the property was upscale and had a ton of choices. Wait service was great as were the two dinners. We also had the breakfast buffet which had many choices. Overall a great place to relax in the mountains.

I left a cell phone charger upon check out but the staff reached me immediately. So nice thoughtful support.

On the positive side, staff is always trying to please the customers. On the negative, if you don’t arrive early enough for breakfast, food is not replenished and therefore there is not much variety left. I wished there was a machine to prepare your own coffee and not wait to be served because by the time I had the coffee I had almost finished my breakfast.

2 nights stay in a wonderful room with in-room sauna. Staffs are nice and very helpful. The location is perfect for self driving to Meteora and also to the town. Love the dining experience so much especially dinner, half board is a must.
