Friendly staff, very good service at breakfast.

Wifi was disconnected prior checkout

Clean and comfortable hotel with fairy chimneys! We stayed on a first floor room that was a square room with air conditioning. The AC wasn’t very strong, but luckily it wasn’t too hot when we were there. The breakfast spread was lovely!

Molto carino,pieno di verde e terrazzi.Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella camera ,non enorme ma comoda, con terrazzo (abbiamo anche potuto stendere qualche panno lavato e vedere le mongolfiere proprio sulla nostra testa).L'ultima notte abbiamo potuto con 20€ di differenza soggiornare nel sasso superiore,stanza bellissima scavata nella roccia e idromassaggio!Una meraviglia.Inoltre,la colazione a buffet è ottima e molto varia,con anche qualche dolcetto e uno yogurt super.I ragazzi della reception sono tutti molto gentili e disponibili.L'albergo è vicinissimo alla stazione dei bus e al Comune,punto di ritrovo x le gite.

Forse il bagno cieco senza ventola,ma era così anche a Istanbul.(Proprio a mettersi d'impegno x trovare un difetto...)

冷蔵庫の温度が下りませんでした。

Posizione all'inizio di Goreme con possibilita di parcheggio davanti all'hotel. A piedi si raggiungono ristoranti e negozi. Colazione super abbondante. Nella stanza nn andavs AC ed e' stata riparata. Con loro ho prenotato mongolfiera tutto ok. Consigliato

Leider SEHR hellhörig, ich hatte mein Zimmer direkt an der Rezeption wo die Leute saßen. Ich konnte keine Gardinen öffnen, da jeder ins Zimmer schauen konnte und wenn draussen die Menschen saßen hörte ich sie und konnte nicht schlafen da sie sehr laut waren, das fand ich sehr schade.

La posiziona, la pulizia ed il personale gentilissimo, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno impeccabile! Consigliatissimo!

Nulla tutto perfetto

The hotel is beautiful and it has an amazing view from Cappadocia. The rooms are quite big, with plenty of space and a huge bathroom. The decoration from the room is also very “cappadocian”. The breakfast was also great and one member from the staff even prepared omelettes for us. Apart from that you can fine fruits, cheese, sausages, coffee, tomatoes, among others. The mattress is comfortable, as well as the pillows and towels. The staff from the reception was really kind and helped us book an activity. There’s a Room Service (external) which is also a nice addition.

The only thing that could be improved is the air conditioning. For regular rooms with one single device it’s not enough. In our original room it was not cooling at all. Luckily the staff offered as per our request to switch the triple room with two double ones without extra cost which was very kind and professional. However, I think that the AC filters need to be cleaned or replaced more often, since the night before we leave the hotel, the staff replaced one of the filters and the AC started to work quite better. Lastly, do take into account that the hotel might not be suitable for elderly people, since some rooms require climbing 2 or 3 floors.
